Ignition Coil from the scrapping of a Yamaha XMAX 125 2010 with 12790 km.
The coil is responsible for what is commonly known as "sparking" the spark plug, so when it fails it causes an ignition failure. as it is an electrical part, we carry out several extra checks in our workshop in addition to checking its external status, among which are:
- review of its operation on the motorcycle at start-up.
- that the spark it makes is the right one for the ignition.
- that the wiring is in good shape.
