The brake master cylinders, both the front and the rear ones, are responsible for supplying the brake fluid to the brake calipers with the appropriate force, depending on the pressure exerted on the brake lever or brake pedal. the loss of strength and, consequently, of braking power in the motorcycle is often related to the lack of pressure in the master cylinder due mainly to oil leaks or the wear of the internal cylinder.

Depending on the motorcycle model, the brake master cylinder is supplied together with the handle or separately.

Before its dismantling, we verify the correct functioning by checking:

• The pressure exerted on the motorcycle braking.
• The lack of oil losses.
• That the container closes hermetically, in case it has one (not radial).
• The condition of the thread for the brake hose screw.
